Description:
This serial provides low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output, as well as excellent speed/power consumption ratio, providing an excellent bandwidth and slew rate. The op-amps are unity gain stable and featured with an ultra-low input bias current. The whole serial are designed to work with −40°C to +125°C and under single or dual power supplies of 2.5V to 5.5V.
RS521, RS522 and RS524 provide an excellent bandwidth of 3.6MHz and slew rate of 1.8V/us. RS521S and RS522S support shutdown mode, where the amplifiers can be switched to a standby current that is less than 1uA, under logic control.
RS621, RS621S, RS622, RS622S, RS624 provide an excellent bandwidth of 7MHz and slew rate of 3.7V/us. RS621S and RS622S support shutdown mode, where the amplifiers can be switched to a standby current that is less than 1uA, under logic control.
RS721, RS721S, RS722, RS722S and RS724 provide an excellent bandwidth of 10MHz and slew rate of 7V/us. RS721S and RS722S support shutdown mode, where the amplifiers can be switched to a standby current that is less than 1uA, under logic control.
RS821, RS821S, RS822, RS822S and RS824 provide an excellent bandwidth of 14MHz and slew rate of 10V/us. RS821S and RS822S support shutdown mode, where the amplifiers can be switched to a standby current that is less than 1uA, under logic control.
