This family of low offset operation amplifiers offer low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output, as well as excellent speed/power consumption ratio, providing an excellent bandwidth and slew rate. The op-amps are unity gain stable and feature an ultra-low input bias current. This serial is designed to work under temperature range of −40°C to +125°C under single or dual power supplies of 1.8V to 5.5V. These devices are ideal for sensor interfaces, active filters and portable applications.

 

RS6331P, RS6332P, RS6334P have lower offset, which is guaranteed not upper than ±0.8mV at 25°C with Vs = 5V, Vcm = Vs/2. They have bandwidth of 1.1MHz and slew rate of 0.5V/us.

 

RS621P, RS622P and RS624P have lower which is guaranteed not upper than ±0.8mV at 25°C with Vs = 5V, Vcm = Vs/2. They have bandwidth of 7MHz and slew rate of 4V/us.

 

RS721P, RS722P and RS724P have lower which is guaranteed not upper than ±0.8mV at 25°C with Vs = 5V, Vcm = Vs/2. They have bandwidth of 10MHz and slew rate of 6V/us.

 

 

RS821P, RS822P and RS824P have lower which is guaranteed not upper than ±0.8mV at 25°C with Vs = 5V, Vcm = Vs/2. They have bandwidth of 14MHz and slew rate of 10V/us.
